About Morgan

Morgan Badillo is currently the Conservatory Design & Production Associate (Scenic) at A.C.T. in San Francisco.  She is the in house TD for all productions put on by the MFA program and Youth Conservatory as well as lending an artistic eye as a props and scenic designer.  She has a BA from California State University, Fullerton in theatrical design and production with an emphasis in scenic design and technical direction. At CSUF she obtained a hands-on education in technical theatre by creating theoretical and actualized productions. She has worked as not only a scenic artist and carpenter, but also as an assistant scenic designer, technical director, and automation technician.  Morgan has freelanced and interned with companies from coast to coast such as A.C.T. and New York Stage and Film. Fueled by her passion for theatre and love of art, she strives to be a visual storyteller and uphold the artistic integrity of a show.


Also an aspiring playwright, she was an ambassador for Berkeley Repertory's Ground Floor Summer Residency Lab 2019 and her first original work "America's Sweetheart, Alex Trebek" was produced in CSUF's advanced directing class in spring 2019.
